Dear Notre Dame Family,
As we navigate this unprecedented era, the news evolves faster than ever. Over the next several weeks, we plan to communicate with you more frequently. Each Saturday, we will deliver a digest of University updates, stories of alumni, parents, and friends, and other content for you and your loved ones. During this time, we will put our usual monthly Echoes email on hold.
While uncertainty and heartbreak have affected us all, we also have witnessed the imagination and resiliency of humanity and the ND family. Many have found creative ways to continue
learning,
praying, and building community. This week, Fr. Pete McCormick, C.S.C., led a digital
Rosary at the Grotto and Fr. Joe Corpora, C.S.C.,
celebrated “Milkshake Mass,” a special Dillon Hall community tradition. Muffet McGraw, the Karen and Kevin Keyes Family Head Women’s Basketball Coach,
organized a food drive in her neighborhood to help those in need.
Below, are a few news items and additional resources we hope you will find meaningful. If you know individuals who are making a difference in fighting to stop the spread of coronavirus or supporting those who are most vulnerable, we invite you to participate in our
“Be The Light” campaign to help recognize those heroes.
Be assured of our continued prayers for you, your families, those suffering, and all working to keep us safe and healthy.
Yours in Notre Dame,
