NDAA Announces Changes To Spring Programming Amid Coronavirus Concerns

Mar 12, 2020

Due to the global outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19), the University of Notre Dame announced on March 11 that through at least April 13, all in-person classes will be suspended and University-sponsored, in-person events are asked to be avoided.

Based on this University decision and in the best interest of the safety of the Notre Dame community, the 2020 Alumni Association Leadership Conference scheduled to be held on campus April 16-18, 2020, has been canceled.

Reunion 2020, scheduled for June 4-7, is currently slated to go on as planned. Registration remains open at reunion.nd.edu, with a full refund offered up until May 22, 2020. The standard cancellation processing fee of $25 will be waived.

Those who have already registered for Leadership Conference will have their registration fees fully refunded, and hotel accommodations booked in the Alumni Association blocks at the Fairfield Inn & Suites and Ivy Court will be canceled for a full refund. Registrants who have additional reservations outside of the evenings of April 16 and/or 17 and/or outside these two hotels must personally cancel their reservations outside of the block cancel.

All campus tours through the Eck Visitors Center are also canceled through at least April 13.

At this time, there have not been any reported coronavirus cases on our campus, but the health and well-being of our students, faculty, staff, visitors, and the entire Notre Dame community are of the utmost importance.
