Dear Alumni,

I pray that you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy during these difficult days.

I am writing to share an important update on Reunion 2020. Today, the University announced a number of changes to summer programming, including that all on-campus summer conferences, programs, and camps will be canceled through at least July 6.

With this announcement, we find ourselves in the regrettable position of having to postpone Reunion 2020. We know how much our alumni look forward to celebrating with their classmates every five years, and we share your disappointment in the outcome. It is our hope that we will be able to find a way to reschedule your Reunion, and we are working with others across the University to explore all options to make that happen.

In the meantime, if you had already signed up for Reunion 2020, registration fees will be refunded in full and credited back to your account within 2-3 weeks. No action is needed on your part. If you booked hotel accommodations, please reach out to your respective hotel to cancel those reservations. If you have booked airfare, please reach out to the appropriate airline to check on their cancellation and refund policies.

For more information and FAQ on the coronavirus as it relates to the University, please visit Again, we apologize for sharing this disappointing news. If you have any questions about Reunion, please contact, or call 574-631-9029 for more information.

Stay safe and be well, and be assured of our continued prayers. We hope to be able to gather as a Notre Dame family again soon.

All the best,
Dolly Duffy ’84
Executive Director
