This Is the Big One - The Battle For Indiana
First Round CFP Football Game Watch Party will be Friday, December 20th, when the Irish host a first round game in the College Football Playoffs. The Irish will be hosting the University of Indiana We will assemble at Tom’s Watch Bar at Coors Field to root the Irish on to victory over Indiana and continue our march to the National College Football Championship Kickoff will be at 6:00 pm Denver time. ESPN and ABC will be carrying the game but we are hoping for a big turnout at the Watch so we can be heard cheering for the Irish all the way back in South Bend! AND, this is a STADIUM GREEN OUT game so plan to wear your best Irish Green. We will be taking pictures!

The significance of our game against Indiana can't be understated. This is the first-ever College Football Playoff game to be played on a college campus. At stake is a date with second-seeded Georgia on New Year's Day in the Sugar Bowl for a spot in the CFP semi-final.
To help mark the occasion, Notre Dame will be playing host to ESPN's COLLEGE GAMEDAY on Friday, December 20. The show, like usual when done at Notre Dame, will take place on the library quad with Touchdown Jesus overlooking in the background. Airtime is 1:30 p.m. Denver time.

The Playoffs
First, a word on the playoffs and ND’s potential path to the National Championship game. I am not going to handicap anything because I am superstitious, and we need to beat IU for any of this to come to fruition. However, while you’re watching this game, you might be wondering at some point what might be next for ND if we do win.
