ROCKIES GAME: The Rockies are AWAY in Milwaukee doing their thing.
BRING: Money for the traditional door prizes, and a designated Domer-driver; those $1 off 22-ounce drafts for our club don’t drink themselves!
LIGHT RAIL: three blocks from Union Station! Several people, including seniors, have commented that the walk from Union Station to Tom’s Watch Bar is very easy:
Last week v. Texas A&M: Wow. What a great result. Notre Dame marched into College Station and impressed the heck out of all of the college football experts, winning 23-13. Offensive coordinator Mike Denbrock knew that his talented but really inexperienced offensive line would not likely be able to hold off the Aggies’ pass rush, featuring one of the best defensive lines in the country. So, he decided to lean on the running game, and the quick passing game, and it worked well. Notre Dame rushed for 197 yards, which is great considering the circumstances.
