The Eck Visitors Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The center is also open on Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 4 p.m.
Visitor parking is available on Holy Cross Drive (east of the Eck Visitors Center and south of Legends Restaurant). A map of the University is available at maps.nd.edu. Buses can load and unload visitors in the lane just south of the Visitors Center, but they must park in Parking Lot C1 (south of the Joyce Center).
Campus is dotted with eateries that are open to the public. Lafortune Student Center, located in the center of campus, houses a number of casual dining opportunities and a small convenience store. The Morris Inn offers fine dining with Sorin's, lighter fare at Rohr's, and casual, outdoor dining on the Wind Family Fireside Terrace (weather permitting).Meals for large groups can be arranged at South Dining Hall but need to be coordinated with the dining hall directly by calling 574-631-6147. Please consult the listing of all campus dining facilities at food.nd.edu.
At Notre Dame, entertainment options, learning opportunities, and sporting events are available on campus year-round. Find exciting events that are open to the public at calendar.nd.edu.
