When alumni indicate their interest in these career coaching services through this program, via the Career Services Inquiry Form, the Alumni Association’s Career and Professional Services team will initiate the process.

Kay (Wigton) McBrearty '85

Kay McBrearty is a results-oriented career coach specializing in guiding college graduates and experienced executives through self-discovery. Leveraging clients’ unique internal compasses enables them to create a plan for achieving career and life goals. Kay brings 20+ years of coaching experience and draws upon vast experience as an executive serving in Staffing/College Relations, Global Strategy and Innovation, Shared Values and Six Sigma.

Waterville Partners, which Kay founded in 2005 has served individual and corporate clients with career alignment and strategic initiatives. She served on the Notre Dame College of Business Advisory Council, launched Career Day on campus, and collaborated with the Notre Dame Alumni Association on their Clear Sighted online learning series: “Purposeful Career Transitions: Navigating Your Internal Compass”.

Theresa Sullivan '98

Theresa Sullivan is a certified coach and founder of Wayfinder Advisors, a career advising firm helping professionals make career and life decisions in alignment with their values, interests, and talents. She has 15+ years of technology sales and executive relationship management experience in various roles at Deloitte, IBM, and LinkedIn.

Theresa coaches, designs workshops, and presents to talented, burned out professionals looking for real success and satisfaction in their work, with over 8,500 followers on LinkedIn. Theresa holds an MBA and an MS from Northwestern University and a BBA from Notre Dame. She resides in Naperville, IL with her husband and three children.

Jeannie (Euch) Denuo '84

Jeannie Denuo has 15+ years experience coaching senior level executives; including many from Fortune 500 firms. Jeannie’s ideal clients are professionals who have achieved success by standard measures but find themselves saying “there must be more.” Drawing on her own corporate experience as a marketing SVP and executive team member, and her passion to see individuals thrive, Jeannie is committed to helping her clients discover and pursue their Right Livelihood.

Jeannie received her coach training and CPCC certification from the Coaches Training Institute in 2001, and holds PCC certification from the International Coach Federation.

Paul Perez  '88

Paul Perez is a skilled executive leadership coach, organizational trainer, and consultant and cultural transformation expert with 25 years’ experience identifying, developing, and growing leaders for progressively increasing responsibility and success in management and executive roles across a diverse spectrum of industry verticals. Paul has over two decades’ experience in workshop and seminar facilitation and keynote speaking.

Paul’s holistic approach is informed by many years of understanding and leveraging the dynamics of mission readiness, advanced training, and praxis in Wellness coaching and programming, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and executive sourcing and placement. His primary strength is engendering “resonant leadership” and high-performing teams.

Sue Matson '77

Sue Matson is a certified Master Executive Coach affiliated with the Marshall Goldsmith Group, and works with senior executives, teams, and high-potential leaders across many industries, professional associations, and not-for- profit organizations. Her coaching expertise includes executive leadership development and executive presence, coaching female leaders, coaching in a context of strategic or organizational change, and coaching leadership teams for greater effectiveness and alignment.  

Sue holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of Notre Dame. She is certified in Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching methodology and in the use of a wide variety of assessment tools.

Julianne Franke '73

Julianne Franke is a seasoned executive coach with 17 years of experience and multiple certifications in career management, leadership development, personal branding, life coaching, "NOW WHAT" life blueprint discovery, job search, LinkedIn/social media, online identity, and executive resume writing.

Her diverse clientele spans diverse industries, functions, and geographies, including international executives from Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. In addition to being a masterful coach, Julianne's experience includes training and mentoring career coaches in the US and abroad. Julianne has a BA degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's Degree in Human Resources.
