Alumni Directory Search
This directory is to enable alumni to search for other alumni.  You can search on first name, maiden name at graduation, last name and class year. Remember that some alumni may have more than one graduation year, so if the search results are not what you expected, try leaving the class year off of your search criteria.

Reset Your Password
To reset your password start by clicking on the Log In link, located in the top right hand corner of the myNotreDame hompage. 



Then click the Reset My Password link located next to the Password box on the Login page.



Enter the email address stored on your myNotreDame record.  The system will then send you a link to reset your password to your email account.   If you enter an email address that is not on your record you will receive an error message and be asked to try again.  If you cannot remember the email address on your record or if the email address on your record is one that you no longer have access to, please contact the myNotreDame Help Desk on 574-631-1579 or email onlinehelp@alumni.nd.edu.

Change Your Password
If you are logged in to myNotreDame you have the option to change your password at any point.

  1. On the myNotreDame homepage hover over the Connect menu and then move over to the Update Your Profile link and click to navigate to this page.



  2. Click the Username and Password tab.



  3. Then click the Change Your Password link.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password.
  5. Click the Change Password button.
  6. Next time you log in to the system, use your new password.
Using NDAA Job Board
The NDAA Job Board is Notre Dame's official Alumni Career Development Program. This service is available only to Notre Dame alums. Instructions can be found in the FAQ section of the NDAA Job Board.

My Profile/Personal Page
The Personal Page is the place to share information about yourself with other Notre Dame alums. 

After you login you can access and update your Personal Page by clicking the My Profile link located on the Update Your Profile page. From here you can maintain your community-facing profile, keep track of your community and group memberships, upload photos and RSS feeds to your personal profile, post jobs, send notes or emails to people on your friends list, and keep track of your events and donation history.  Additionally, you can display information from your Facebook, LinkedIn and other social networking sites on your profile.

You will notice several tabs on your Personal Page. Most of these are public and visible to other community members; however, the information on your My Activity tab is private and will not be viewable by anyone other than you.

Activate your myNotreDame account
Follow the steps below to complete the first time activation process.

If you have trouble completing the first time log in process, please complete the Registration Help form. For step by step instructions on how to register click the following link: Register on myNotreDame.
  1. Navigate to my.nd.edu and click the Log In in the top right-hand corner of the page.  On the Login/Logout page click the Create an Account button.



  2. On the Activate an Account page, enter your last name and zip code and click Find



  3. On the next page, find yourself on the displayed list, check the radio box located to the left of your name, and choose Next.



  4. On this page, enter EITHER your University ID (found on the address label of ND Magazine) OR the last four digits of your Social Security number (available primarily for alumni from class of 1975 and after), then click Verify.



    Note: If you are an employee or a student, your University ID is your ND ID.

  5. You will be presented with the Profile - First Time Login profile.  Check the contact data on this form as this is the information that appears on your University record.
  6. Select Yes to question about agreeing to the terms and conditions.  
  7. Enter a username.
  8. Enter a password and retype it in the Confirm box.
  9. Click the Save and Continue button.
