The Eck Visitors Center provides a wonderful venue for receptions, dinners, multimedia presentations, meetings, and other special events. The Visitors Center offers indoor and outdoor spaces that can accommodate up to 150 guests.
The Atrium can be used for receptions of up to 150 guests or sit-down dinners for up to 100 guests. This striking space features high vaulted ceilings and large windows overlooking the Notre Dame campus.
The outdoor patio is also available during the spring, summer, and early fall. This landscaped patio measures 20' x 35', accommodating 35 people. It can be used for receptions or live musical performances. Use of the courtyard is dependent upon weather.
The Visitors Center Auditorium is the perfect location for lectures, meetings, and multimedia presentations. The 146-seat auditorium features elegant wood-paneled walls and tiered seating, which ensures that everyone has the best seat in the house. The adjacent lobby is available for receptions before or after your event. The auditorium is equipped with sophisticated audio-visual equipment with a large screen, internet access, projectors, and a Blue Ray DVD Player installed. A podium and microphone is included.
Catering by Design is the exclusive caterer for events at the Eck Visitors Center. For more information about catering menus and services, contact Catering by Design at 574-631-7859 or visit their website.
Events may be scheduled Monday through Sunday, between 8 a.m. and midnight, depending on availability.
Events with food and beverage cost $500. Auditorium Rental is $300. Internal Notre Dame departments may use space at a reduced rate.

If you’re planning a Notre Dame wedding, the Eck Visitors Center could offer an ideal space for a reception or a rehearsal dinner. Even if your ceremony isn’t held on campus, your event can still be hosted at the Visitors Center or other locations on campus. You can also plan a campus tour for your guests.
