Other Events and Lectures

Notre Dame’s campus is a hub of learning. Whether it's additional continuing education programs offered through the Alumni Association or other events hosted on campus, you have plenty of opportunities to explore a variety of topics in depth.

Medical Ethics Conference

The 30th Annual Medical Ethics Conference will take place on the campus from March 18-19, 2016. More conference information will be forthcoming.

Established by Notre Dame alumnus Dr. Philip Clarke, the Notre Dame Medical Ethics Conference enables discussion between practicing physicians and specialists in medical ethics about issues confronting the medical community. The conferences bring together practicing physicians and workers in the field of health care from around the country to work with and learn from experts in medical ethics from the Notre Dame community and beyond. Physicians, theologians, and philosophers meet in small groups to discuss and analyze case studies submitted by conference participants that pose as ethical dilemmas in various areas of clinical practice.

For more information about the conference, please visit the Notre Dame Center for Ethics and Culture's website or contact their staff at 574-631-9656 or by email at ndethics@nd.edu
